Terms and Conditions Maison Arcane x Le Voyage d’Hélios
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) aim to define the terms and conditions under which Maison Arcane, represented by Olga Danha, offers its tarot reading and spiritual guidance services remotely.
Any order or appointment implies the client's full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
2. Nature of services
The consultations offered by Maison Arcane are based on intuitive guidance and symbolic tarot reading.
Their purpose is to support the client in their personal reflection, to foster understanding of life situations, and to encourage conscious decision-making.
These services are in no way predictive psychic readings, nor a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service.
Tarot is a tool for self-knowledge; it does not determine the consultant's destiny. Maison Arcane cannot be held responsible for decisions made following a session.
3. Consultation methods
Consultations take place exclusively via videoconference, on the date and time agreed upon between Olga and the client, after payment confirmation.
The client agrees to be punctual and to have a stable internet connection.
In case of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the session duration may be reduced accordingly without compensation.
4. Prices and payment
The applicable rates are those indicated at the time of booking:
- Prestige Offer: €65 – 30-minute consultation with a written report sent by email.
- Initiates Offer: €20 – 20-minute consultation without a written report, reserved for clients who have made a Maison Arcane purchase (proof of purchase required).
Payments are made by bank transfer. The booking is considered final only after full payment is received.
