INGREDIENTS

Pai Mu Tan white tea, Myrtle leaves, Peach and rose aromas, Rose petals.

PREPARATION TIPS

Dosage : One tea bag per cup for 200-250 ml of water.

Water temperature : 80°C, avoiding boiling water to avoid burning the leaves and fully preserve their aromas.

Brewing time : 2 to 3 minutes for a balanced, intense yet smooth white tea. Steep for a longer brew for a more robust taste.

Water type : Preferably use filtered or low-mineral water so as not to alter the subtle flavors.

Ideal time for tasting : Best enjoyed in the afternoon, its theine content offers a subtle balance between alertness and serenity, perfect for an elegant break without disrupting the evening.

A little extra to enhance the experience : Use a cup specially dedicated to this ritual and add a poetic dimension by lighting a candle, thus creating a serene and intimate atmosphere.

Storage : Store the tea bags in an airtight container, away from light, humidity and strong odors.
